JAY GelZone Pressure Cushion

The GelZone pressure cushion combines foam and gel technology to protect vulnerable areas while maximising comfort. An additional top foam layer enhances softness, while a slow-moving, non-migrating gel pouch positioned just beneath the surface ensures even weight distribution and effective pressure relief by keeping the gel close to the skin. Careful shaping across the cushion further reduces pressure points, with a rolled front edge adding extra comfort at the thighs. Orientation markers on both the cushion and its cover make correct placement simple and stress-free.

The Wipe-down cover is made from a durable, water-resistant 4-way stretch PU fabric that flexes to allow comfortable immersion into the cushion while resisting wear. It’s simple to care for — just wipe clean for daily use or machine wash at 60°C for a deeper clean. For those who prefer a cooler seating experience, the Microclimatic cover uses a breathable 2-way stretch spacer fabric that promotes airflow and circulation, reducing heat and moisture build-up to keep you feeling fresh and comfortable throughout the day.

The GelZone's flat contour base provides moderate skin protection with mild postural support. Alternatively, the contoured version is designed to offer enhanced shaping for users with mild to moderate postural support needs.

Every cushion also includes an Interliner foam cover for added protection of the core. This clever liner is splash-proof while still offering stretch and breathability, helping maintain comfort. Easy to look after, it simply wipes clean for hassle-free care.
