How to use a leg lifter
Sit on the edge of the bed or in your chair. Place the foot loop around your foot or ankle, hold the handle with both hands, and use your arms to lift and guide your leg where you need it — onto the bed, into the car, or over the side of the bath. Lower it gently rather than letting it drop.
