Chestnut Wooden Walking Stick

A traditional handmade chestnut walking stick, sealed and finished in a warm light brown. Each stick is cut from a single length of chestnut, so the grain and character vary slightly from one to the next.

Wooden sticks are supplied long so they can be cut down to the exact height you need. As a guide, stand upright in your usual shoes with your arms relaxed at your sides – the top of the handle should sit level with the crease of your wrist.

Choosing a ferrule

The ferrule is the rubber tip that grips the floor and wears down over time. Order the stick with a D19 or Z18 ferrule already fitted, or without one if you are replacing an existing tip or cutting the stick to a shorter length first. Z ferrules are latex free.
